Privacy Policy

Now Go Get Your Life! ("we", "us") is an educational website run by Stacy Ede. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect and how we use it. We keep this short on purpose — we don't collect much.
What we collect
- Money plan form: your name (optional), monthly take-home pay and goal build a plan in your browser. We store these with your email only if you subscribe to app launch news, or with your account if you sign in to save a plan. Email sign-up is optional.
- Contact form: the name (optional), email, and message you send us.
- Progress account: if you create an account (email and password, or Google sign-in), we store your email and which checklist items you've completed. When you sign in for your money plan, we also save its first name, goal, monthly take-home pay, and completed steps so you can return on another device.
- Anonymous click counts: when you tap certain buttons, we count the click. No name, email, or anything that identifies you is stored.
- On your device only: quiz badges are saved in your browser (localStorage). Money-plan ticks are also saved on your device when you're signed out; signing in saves the current plan to your account if it doesn't already have a saved version. Quiz badges aren't linked to your account.
What we never collect
We never ask for bank details, Social Security numbers, card numbers, or logins to your bank or other accounts. If a form ever asks for those, it isn't us.
How we use your information
- To build the personal money plan shown on the page.
- To send app launch news by email — only if you ticked the subscribe box. Your money plan is shown on the page and available as a PDF.
- To reply to messages you send through the contact form.
- To keep your checklist and signed-in money-plan progress saved between visits and devices.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information or share it with advertisers. We use Kit, an email newsletter provider, which stores the email addresses (and names, if given) of subscribers so we can send your app launch news. Our website hosting and database providers store the data described above purely to run the site.
Optional calendar reminders are generated on your device. If you import them, your calendar provider receives the goal and selected step titles, but not your name, email or income. Manage imported reminders in your calendar; they do not automatically follow your checklist changes.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — use the contact form on the home page.
- Use the contact form to request deletion of your progress account and its saved plans and checklist progress.
Children
This site is written for late teens and young adults and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with an updated date.
